These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Star Planet Membership website (“Website”) operated by Star Planet Sdn. Bhd. (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Website.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of these Terms:
1. **Eligibility**: You must be at least 13 years old to register for an Account. Each user may create only one (1) Account using accurate and complete personal information.
2. **Registration**: Account registration is free. You agree to provide valid details (name, email, contact information) and update them to keep your Account current.
3. **Account Security**: You are responsible for protecting your Account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
1. **Earning SPoints**:
– Earn 1 SPoint for every RM1 spent on concert tickets purchased through the Website, based on the net transaction amount (rounded down to the nearest whole number).
– SPoints are credited to your Account within 5 business days of the event date.
2. **Using SPoints**:
– Use SPoints to purchase goods or services listed on the Website. No real money is accepted; all payments must be made in full using SPoints.
– Exchange rates for SPoints to items are determined by us and may change without prior notice.
3. **SPoints Policy**:
– SPoints are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the registered Account holder.
– SPoints do not expire while your Account is active. Unused SPoints are forfeited if your Account is terminated.
1. All content on the Website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.
2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

2. By submitting Feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, modify, and distribute such Feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

3. **Data Rights**: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the methods above.

2. **Our Right to Terminate**: We may suspend or terminate your Account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse SPoints.
3. **Effects of Termination**: Upon termination, your Account access is revoked, and all unused SPoints are forfeited.

2. Your continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
